The weather in Hong Kong has been so unpredictable but I’m glad it didn’t rain during my shoot with the Wang family. They are visiting from LA and brought baby Terrance with them. I feel blessed and honored to be a part of Hannah & John’s beautiful wedding. They are from Korea and are based here in Hong Kong. Their families flew in from Korea to celebrate and it was a wonderful ceremony at the Solomon’s Porch. It has been pouring cats and dogs the last couple weeks and I haven’t seen the sun. Heather & Matt contacted me a few weeks back and wanted to do their engagement shoot in Hong Kong. She lived in Hong Kong for about a year or so and fell in love with the place. She moved back to Denver where she met Matt and soon, they were engaged! We were hoping for good weather this week but after checking out the weather forecast, today was the only ‘good’ day for a photoshoot. They just arrived early this morning after a long flight from Denver and good thing they were able to sleep on the plane. They did an awesome job today. Here are some highlights of the session. What a superb day for an engagement shoot. Monica & Nate got my contact from our lovely makeup and hair stylist Gabrielle Lee. We met over hot chocolate and talked about what they wanted for their shoot. They love jogging and that’s how their love story began – somewhere in a beautiful trail at Hong Kong island. They wanted to go back to where it all started. Without this beautiful couple, I would most likely never go to these gorgeous trails. During the session, they really enjoyed themselves.
