The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF), is an organisation helping underprivileged children in Vietnam and Mongolia. They are organising a fun-filled family carnival on Sunday 17th November in Stanley, with proceeds benefiting CNCF as well as Hong Kong Sea School (an organisation helping underprivileged boys in Hong Kong).
